The Medical Coding Certificate at BCC provides students with the foundational knowledge and technical skills needed to work as an entry-level medical coder in a medical care facility. Coursework in the program is designed to prepare students to sit for the CPC (Certified Professional Coder) offered by the AAPC (American Association of Professional Coders) examination.
