HSP-112 Sanitation & Risk Management

A study of the responsibilites and importance of food safety, sanitation, and managing health and safety operations within the hospitality industry. In addition, this course concentrates on risk and loss prevention strategies within the different departments of a full service resort. Students prepare for and have the opportunity to take the National Restaurant Association's ServSafe Food Handlers certification examination.
