MUS-142 Music Production for Film & Gaming

An analysis, interpretation, and creation of film scoring. Students will examine the techniques and procedures of composing and recording music for specific uses within the film, television and gaming industry. Students will work with film footage and short films, to explore creative as well as technical aspects of composing for film media. No musical background is required.
