SPA-101 Introductory Spanish I
An introduction to Spanish, appropriate for beginners. Students develop basic listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in the classroom and at home, with the use of online learning materials for study, practice and assessment. Conducted mostly in Spanish, the class uses contextualized interactive activities as well as short reading and writing assignments to teach vocabulary, elementary grammatical structures, and Hispanic cultures.
