CIS-155 Web Development

An experiential web design course focusing on process, best practices and design. Students will use Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create websites and present them on the World Wide Web. The course will cover Responsive Web Design: a process to make websites optimal whether viewing on a desktop, tablet or mobile device. Students will be exposed to the technologies of advanced web development and will survey many of the tools used to create websites today.
