HON-298M Honors Colloquium: Food, People, and the Planet
An interdisciplinary exploration of food production, food justice, food sovereignty, agroecology, cuisine, nutrition, and our human relationship with the natural world. Experiential learning and critical engagement with course materials will provide the opportunity to consider these and other food-related topics within geographical, environmental, cultural, and systemic contexts. This course is reading, research, and writing-intensive.
