PTA-250 Clinical Education II
The second of three clinical education courses for the Physical Therapist Assistant program. All clinical placements are made under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist or physical therapist assistant. The clinical experience provides opportunities for students to practice and demonstrate competency skills attained in the classroom and lab. Pass/No pass grading. Requires current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR-AED) certification, immunizations, physical examination, and cleared CORI/SORI check.
Take PTA-150 - Must be completed prior to taking this course.
PTA-200 with a grade of C or higher - Must be taken either prior to or at the same time as this course.
PTA-204 with a grade of C or higher - Must be taken either prior to or at the same time as this course.
