ENT-122 Introduction to Computer Aided Design

A practical course designed to provide students with hands-on experience in technical drawing and computer aided design (CAD) methodologies. Students will apply 2D drawing techniques including orthographic projections (primary, section, and auxiliary views). Dimensioning and tolerancing concepts of technical designs are also covered. Students will acquire hands-on experience developing 3D solid models based on features of parametrically constrained sketches, as well as methods of assembly
