HSP-101 Hospitality & Tourism Perspectives

An exploration of the hospitality and tourism industries from regional to global perspectives while covering the nature and magnitude of these diverse industries. Students will be exposed to the important roles of hospitality and tourism in the Berkshires, at the State level, as well as nationally and internationally. High profile industry organizations of the Berkshires will be highlighted and studied.
