AHS-142 Exercise Science
A comprehensive three-credit course designed to teach students the overall basics of exercise physiology and mechanics of exercise movement. Anatomy as it relates to exercise will be taught in depth in conjunction with movement terminology. Students will also learn practical methodology for exercise physical evaluation including measurement and assessment of blood pressure, body composition, and the cardiovascular system.
