ENG-103 Honors Composition I

The study and practice of academic writing with an emphasis on developing logical arguments. Students will apply critical reading strategies to texts from multiple disciplines in order to analyze rhetorical strategies, methods of expression, argument-formation. Written assignments will focus on use of textual evidence; the methods, strategies, and applications of college-level research; and the development of an individual critical stance.
