AHS-220 Principles of Fitness Components
An in-depth, critical look at the individual fitness components and their significance to cultural lifestyle and overall personal health. The focus will be not only on the scientific background of each component but on the socio-cultural aspects as well. Specific components to be addressed will include body composition, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning and muscular strength and endurance.

Skills: ENG-020 Skills: ENG-090 PED-180 BIO-150 or a background in human anatomy.
