FAS-245 Watercolor Painting
A basic introduction to the materials and techniques of watercolor painting. Class problems and critiques are presented to help students develop a foundation of knowledge and the ability to build on this foundation. Students learn dry- and wet-paper techniques; "resist" practices; and experimental methods. Stylistic diversity is encouraged. Prequisite: FAS 123 or permission of instructor.
