HIS-238 History of the Holocaust
A history of the holocaust in Europe, exploring the emergence of the Nazi power structure and the implementation of a policy of extermination of Jews and others defined as undesirable by the German state. Our study will include a review of other genocidal programs from the Armenian to current historical tragedies. We will explore the historical legacy of the holocaust and its impact upon society today. Skills prerequisite: ENG 020 and ENG 090.
