AHS-129 Medical Terminology

The development of an extensive medical vocabulary. The course addresses the medical terms associated with body systems, including names, functions, malfunctions, and diseases. Terminology covering diagnosis, treatment, and medications is also covered. Skills prerequisite: ENG 020. Recommendation: High school or college biology, or anatomy and physiology.
