Course Exemption Policy

The Associate Degree in nursing program adheres to the Advanced Standing and Non-Traditional Credit Options as specified in the college catalog (www.berkshirecc.edu/catalog) in accepting non-nursing courses by course exemption. 

Nursing courses from any other college/institution are not accepted in lieu of BCC associate degree in nursing courses under the course exemption policy.

Students advancing from LPN to ADN are accepted into NUR-201 [in lieu of NUR-101 & NUR-102] per the program’s Advanced Placement and Educational Mobility policies.
